Returns

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it. The returned item will need to deliver to 7 & 9. Lebuh Nangka 2, Taman Desa Damai. 14000 Bukit Mertajam.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

* Note:Any dissatisfaction after item used, or defects caused by individual such as damage after item used or water damage are all non-returnable. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the returned item within 3 - 5 working days.

If your returned item is acceptable, we will initiate a refund via Bank Transfer to your preferred bank account. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
